Shipping Policy

EFM Essentials customers get free shipping on all orders over $90. For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times displayed at checkout do not include the 1-2 days processing time. 

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please note that potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $90 (pre-tax and after any discounts).

Shipping Exceptions

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address when checking out. 

If shipping limitations arise with your carrier or address, we will reach out to resolve the issue.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@efmessentials.com with your name and order number so we can help.

Address Changes & Package Retrieval

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us at support@efmessentials.com as soon as possible. While we do our best to catch these changes, we cannot guarantee updates after fulfillment has begun.

If your order was delivered to the address entered at checkout and cannot be retrieved, EFM Essentials is not liable for refunds or replacements. You may be offered re-shipping options at your expense.

Re-Shipping Fees

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we can re-ship the order once the original is returned. A re-shipping fee will apply.

Carrier Delays

EFM Essentials is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or external service disruptions.
