Shipping Policy

EFM Essentials customers get free shipping on all orders over $95. For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times displayed at checkout do not include the 1-2 days processing time. 

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please note that potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

Shipping Exceptions

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address when placing your order at checkout.
