Refund Policy

At EFM Essentials, we stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, with original packaging and tags. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, and include a return authorization number and form.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact our EFM Essentials customer care team at returns@efmessentials.com in order to request a return. Once your return is authorized, we will send you a return authorization form and the address where to send your return.
  • Pack your return items carefully back in the original packaging, accompanied by the return authorization form, and send back to us using the address provided.
  • Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, please return items using your preferred shipping method.
  • Once shipped, email us with the return tracking number in order to facilitate and expedite your refund.
  • When your returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. (Bank processing times may vary).
  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Exceptions

Items returned in poor condition (damaged, missing tags, or packaging) may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for discontinued items, sale items, items marked as final sale, or gift cards.

Damages

Items purchased are carefully inspected prior to being shipped from our warehouse. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at returns@efmessentials.com with details and photos of the damages so that we can confirm and authorize the return. You can then ship the item back to us, following the return instructions, and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
